Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: You can only cancel your order before your order has been delivered, please contact us immediately for the same and we will refund you in full. The order once delivered cannot be cancelled.

All refunds verified and approved as per our policy will be issued immediately but may take a few working days to appear on your card statement.  

We hope our customers can understand that when a digital item has been delivered, it can be activated online and therefore we cannot accept a return as it is not possible for us to resell that item.

Warranty: Our activation warranty is for 1month from the date of purchase and replacement warrant is only for 7days from the date of replacement given. If, in the unlikely event you receive a key that does not activate, or you experience any problem with activation, we guarantee the product by ensuring you either receive resolution to the problem or replacement with working code as per our policy.  You simply need to raise a ticket at [email protected] mentioning your order details.

We may ask for screenshots of the error to assist us in investigating your case or remote access if required. Once we have received your ticket, we will reply promptly offering a solution, or if we cannot solve your issue due to any reason, we will provide a replacement for the same after verifying the issue as per our policy.

Refund:

You will not be eligible for refund if the key did not work, because you are trying it on a wrong edition, old version or due to any system incompatibility & issue from your side and not related to the product key you purchased from us.

You will not be eligible for refund / replacement or any kind of compensation if there was a wrong purchase done by you. All the detail are given in the product description and we have request you to read the product description well before you purchase. 

If you did not use the key due to any XYZ reasons after the key you purchased was delivered to you, then such a case is not eligible for refund. 

For the products with login id and password, you are responsible to remember and note down the password you set for your reference if required, we will not be able to help you if incase you forget the password that you have set.

Note: The refund & replacement eligibility will be check and verified by our team with remote access. After confirmation for our side, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately, which will reflect in 24 Hours.

We will not be able to help you with refund and replacement incase if you do not co-operate with us & adhere to our company refund & replacement policy which you accepted while placing an order.
